Why every token gets a community
A token without a community is a chart. Bloom gives every launched token a room that belongs to its holders — anchored to the chain, not to a Telegram link that can be lost, faked or sold.
Membership is proven on-chain: a wallet that holds the token can speak, everyone else can read. Nobody has to trust a link in a bio, an admin's screenshot or a follower count. The room is where holders coordinate, where the creator answers, and where the chain itself reports what happened to the fees.
For a creator, the room is the retention tool a launch never had: a place to announce, to ask holders what they want (polls) and to be visibly present. For a visitor, an open, readable room is the honest signal before buying — a living community or a quiet one, in plain sight.
The goal of the social layer is simple: tokens launched on Bloom should grow communities, not just prices. Everything below is built to make that happen without giving anyone — Bloom included — a way to fake it.

How a room opens
Every new market starts with its community closed. There are exactly two ways to open it — and the state is visible to everyone the whole time.
- 01
Closed at launch
The market page shows a Community button with the current state. Anyone can open the waiting room, read the rules and see the vote count.
- 02
The creator opens it
One click and a free wallet signature. This is the expected path: open early, pin a welcome message, answer the first questions.
- 03
Or 50 holders vote
If the creator never opens it, holders vote it open. Once 50 wallets that each hold at least $1 of the token have voted, the room opens by itself. A vote only counts while the voter keeps holding — sell below $1 and it lapses.
Once open, a room stays open. Bloom's own room — the $BLOOM community — was opened by Bloom on day one as the town square for every Bloom holder.

Who can do what
Reading is free for everyone. Writing belongs to holders. Moderation belongs to the creator, with Bloom able to step in.
| ACTION | VISITOR | HOLDER ≥ $1 | CREATOR | BLOOM MOD |

“Holder ≥ $1” means a wallet whose balance of the token is worth at least $1 at the current price, read from the chain at sign-in and refreshed every 30 seconds. The creator always may post, whatever they hold. Nobody can close a room.

Sign in with a signature, not a transaction
Connecting a wallet shows an address. Posting as that address needs proof it is yours — one signature, free, once a week.
The first time you open a community with a wallet connected, your wallet asks you to sign a short message: "Sign in to Bloom community", your address and the time. Signing costs nothing, sends no transaction and moves no funds; it is the standard way to prove control of a wallet. Bloom verifies the signature and keeps a session on that browser for seven days.
The signature never grants spending rights. If your wallet ever asks you to approve a token or send a transaction from the community, decline — the community does not do that.
05 / COMMUNITY
Badges are earned on-chain
Next to a name you may see one or more badges. They are computed from swaps and balances, refreshed every few minutes, and cannot be claimed, bought or faked.
| BADGE | MEANS | COMPUTED FROM |
|---|---|---|
| Top 10 | One of the ten largest holders right now. | Holder list, refreshed every few minutes. |
| Early | Bought within the market's first hour. | First buy in the swap index. |
| OG | Early — and has never sold. | First buy + no sell in the swap index + still holding. |
| 💎 Diamond | First buy 7 or more days ago and has never sold. | First buy + no sell + still holding. |
Badges reward behaviour the chain can see. A wallet that received tokens by transfer rather than by buying has no buy-based badge; Top 10 still applies. Selling once removes OG and Diamond for good on that wallet. The creator carries a separate “creator” mark.

The chain talks in the room
Some lines have no author. They are written by Bloom's keeper from on-chain events, each one verifiable on the explorer.
There are no buy or sell alerts. The chart and the transactions tab sit next to the room; the conversation stays a conversation.
Community opened
By the creator, by holder votes, or by Bloom for its own room.
Fees collected
A collection sent the market's creator share to the charity vault (donation markets).
Donation delivered
USDC reached the charity's Endaoment Org on Base — the same event the market's Donation timeline shows.
Buyback & burn
Launch fees swapped into PONS and BLOOM and sent to the burn address; posted in the $BLOOM room.

Reactions, replies and polls
Enough to run a community, not enough to drown it.
Reactions: 🔥 💎 🚀 😂 🐾 👍 — one of each per wallet per message, tap again to take it back. Replies quote the message they answer. Display names are optional, 24 characters, and always shown next to the wallet's badges.
Polls belong to the creator (and Bloom's moderators): a question with 2–4 options that closes after 6 hours to 7 days. Holders vote once per wallet and may change their vote until the poll closes; results show live percentages in the room. A poll is a signal, not a contract — the creator still decides what to do with the answer, and anything that changes the token (burn share, fee collection) remains a separate on-chain action.

Rules, moderation and safety
Public, text-only, rate-limited, moderated by the creator. Designed so a room cannot be turned into a trap.
Bloom shows what a community says without endorsing it. Messages are holder opinions; only the system lines come from Bloom, and each of those points at an on-chain event.
Text only, 500 characters
No images, no files. Links are shown as text and never made clickable, so a pasted link cannot impersonate a button.
Rate limits per wallet
Up to 20 messages a minute and 120 an hour. Enough to talk, not enough to flood.
No private messages
Every message is public. Scams need a private channel; a public room takes that away.
Creator moderation
Pin up to three messages, delete any message, mute a wallet for that room. Bloom's moderators can do the same in every room. Muting never touches tokens or trades.
Holders only
Posting needs ≥ $1 of the token. A wallet that sells out loses the right to post until it holds again.
Deleted means hidden
A deleted message disappears for everyone and is kept only as a moderation record.
09 / COMMUNITY
Where communities show up
A community is visible before you enter it, so activity becomes a signal rather than a secret.
On the market page the Community button shows the room's state — open, how many new messages since you last looked, or how many holder votes it has. On Explore, each card carries a chip: messages today for open rooms, votes gathered for closed ones. The home page lists the rooms holders are talking in most, with the latest creator or pinned line.
New messages arrive live through a realtime connection; if it drops, the page quietly falls back to polling every few seconds. Your "seen" mark lives only in your browser.

For creators: getting a room going
The rooms that work are the ones the creator shows up in.
- 01
Open on launch day
Do not wait for 50 votes. Open the room from your creator wallet minutes after launch and pin a welcome: what the token is, what the pair means, where the links are.
- 02
Pin the facts
Pin the token address and your official links. Pinned messages sit above the chat, so newcomers see them before anything else.
- 03
Ask, don't only announce
Run a poll early — the next pair, the burn share, a charity — and act on the answer where you can. A vote that changes something is worth ten announcements.
- 04
Let the chain speak
Every fee collection, donation and burn appears as a system line. Refer to them; they are the receipts your community can verify.
- 05
Moderate lightly
Mute spam and scams, leave disagreement alone. A room where holders can argue is more trusted than a room where only the creator talks.
- 06
Share the room, not a screenshot
The room is public to read. Send the market link; visitors see the real conversation, badges and all.

Community questions
The answers people ask for most.
Why does the community ask me to sign a message after I connected my wallet?
Connecting shows an address; a signature proves the wallet is yours, so nobody can post as you. It is free, sends no transaction and moves no funds. Read the text in your wallet: it names Bloom community, your address and the time — nothing else. You are not asked again for a week on that browser.
I hold the token but I cannot post.
Posting needs a balance worth at least $1 of that token at the current price. The balance is read from the chain when you sign in and refreshed every 30 seconds, so a purchase made seconds ago can take a moment to count. Reading is always open.
I voted to open the room, then sold. What happens to my vote?
It lapses. Votes are recounted against live balances; a wallet that no longer holds at least $1 is dropped from the count. Buy back above the threshold and vote again.
Can the creator close the community again?
No. Once open — by the creator or by holders — a room stays open. The creator keeps moderation (pin, delete, mute) but cannot lock everyone out.
Can I send private messages?
No. Every message is public and readable without a wallet. That is deliberate: a public room cannot be used to scam holders one at a time, and it lets people see a community before they join it.
Are messages financial advice or endorsed by Bloom?
No. Messages are holder opinions. System lines (fees, donations, burns, room opened) are the only content Bloom writes, and each one refers to an on-chain event you can verify. Check anything that matters on the explorer.
What is stored, and can I delete a message?
Bloom stores the message text, the posting wallet address (public on-chain anyway), an optional display name, reactions and poll votes. Wallet addresses are pseudonymous. A deleted message is hidden from everyone but kept as a record for moderation.
Why is there no buy / sell alert in the chat?
On purpose. Trade alerts turn every room into a ticker and drown the conversation; the chart and the transactions tab are one click away. The chain still speaks in the room — about fees, donations and burns.
